Fulfillment & Shipping

Each Dark & Darling piece is made to order with care (and a little magic). Every order moves through two distinct stages:

1. Fulfillment (Production) – your piece is created just for you
2. Shipping (Delivery) – your finished piece travels to you

Fulfillment (Production)
• Typically 2–5 business days
• During holidays, this may extend to 5–7 business days

Shipping (After Fulfillment)
• U.S. delivery: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
• International delivery: 7–14 business days after fulfillment

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking is sent once your order ships. International orders may be subject to customs duties or fees beyond our control.

Once your order is marked delivered, it has officially arrived in the mortal realm. We’re unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

All items are made to order, so we don’t offer cancellations, exchanges, or returns — but if something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
